What should a buyer send first?

A detailed enquiry reduces repeated emails and helps the sales team review the actual order. Buyers can review the complete product range, including street tyres, scooter tyres and motorcycle tubes before submitting their requirements.

Standard MOQ and customized MOQ

JABIL's standard MOQ is 300 tyres per model. The MOQ for a customized order is one 40-foot container. The one-container requirement also applies when customer-requested sidewall branding is required.

Buyers planning more than one model in a shipment should provide the proposed quantities and loading request. The workable arrangement is reviewed and confirmed in the quotation rather than assumed from a general MOQ.

Sample cost and refund policy

The customer pays the sample cost and freight. The sample fee can be refunded after the customer places an actual order for one full container. The refund applies to the sample fee; freight is not automatically included.

The sample item, delivery address, freight method and payment details should be confirmed in writing. No universal sample preparation period is stated because the arrangement depends on the specific request.

When does production lead time begin?

The production lead-time starting point follows the payment terms agreed in the contract. If a deposit is required, the schedule begins after the deposit is received. If full payment is required, it begins after full payment is received.

The actual production schedule is confirmed for the order. Product requirements, quantity, packaging and the shipment plan may affect timing, so buyers should compare supplier lead times from the same documented starting point.

Custom sidewall branding

Sidewall branding can be arranged according to customer requirements when the order reaches one 40-foot container. The buyer should provide the intended brand information and destination market for review, with final details confirmed through the quotation and contract.

Packaging options

Packaging can be arranged according to customer requirements. Buyers should identify the required packing style, labels, shipping marks, language and destination-specific handling instructions during quotation. The final arrangement should be written into the quotation or contract.

Mixed loading and export documents

Loading can be arranged according to customer requirements. For a shipment containing different products or models, send the proposed quantities in advance for order review and loading confirmation.

Relevant export documents are provided for the shipment. Document requirements can vary by country and transaction, so buyers should list any specific documents required when requesting the quotation.

Certification information

Certification must be checked against the actual product and destination market. JABIL provides relevant certificate numbers, validity information and applicable models during quotation according to the actual order. Buyers should state their market requirements in the first enquiry.
