We ship worldwide from Qingdao Port — a few minutes from our factory. This page explains Incoterms, loading capacity and documents so you can plan landed cost before you enquire.
Incoterms
Default FOB Qingdao. CIF / CFR / EXW available on request. DAP can be quoted for selected markets.
Ports
Loading port: Qingdao, China. We consolidate multi-pattern orders into one container at no extra handling cost.
Documents
Commercial invoice, packing list, B/L, certificate of origin. E-MARK / DOT test reports supplied where applicable to the model.
Container loading reference
- 20' GP: approx. 5,500–7,000 pcs depending on size and rim type (e.g. more pieces of 2.75-17 than 4.00-8).
- 40' HQ: approx. 12,000–15,000 pcs, mixed sizes and patterns allowed.
- Inner tubes are palletised to maximise loading and avoid deformation.
- Exact loading plans are calculated per order — ask for a loading list with your size mix.
Typical transit guidance
- West Africa (Lagos, Tema, Douala): approx. 30–40 days.
- East Africa (Mombasa, Dar es Salaam): approx. 25–35 days.
- South America (Santos, Buenaventura, Callao): approx. 35–45 days.
- Southeast Asia (Manila, Jakarta, Ho Chi Minh): approx. 7–15 days.
Transit times are indicative only and depend on the carrier and season. We book with major carriers and can share ETD/ETA at booking.
