Quality Warranty Policy
We manufacture under an ISO 9001 quality system and stand behind our product with a clear, process-based warranty. No vague promises — a defined claim path instead.
Coverage
Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship identified before or during normal commercial use, assessed against the agreed specification.
Not covered
Damage from overloading, incorrect inflation, improper storage, wrong rim size, misuse, accidents, or tyres worn beyond the wear indicator.
Assessment
Claims are assessed on photo/video evidence plus retained samples. For significant claims we arrange joint inspection or third-party survey.
How to file a claim
- Step 1 — Notify us in writing within 30 days of container discharge.
- Step 2 — Provide photos/videos showing: DOT week-year code, size, pattern, full tyre profile, and the defect area.
- Step 3 — State quantity affected and the batch/production week if known.
- Step 4 — Keep a sample of disputed tyres available; we may request it for laboratory review.
- Step 5 — We respond with an assessment and settlement proposal within 10 working days of complete evidence.
Settlement options
- Credit note against the next order, or
- Replacement tyres in the next shipment, or
- Proportional compensation agreed case by case.
Our claim rate across 60+ export markets is low and falling — but what matters is that when something goes wrong, the path to resolution is written down and enforced.
